Today is the Third Day

of my battle with the treadmill, triceps machine- you get the picture. I started with Fitness First last week. It was a tough start, and it feels like an uphill climb as I don't want to go again today as I type this. I feel like the screaming first grader I was who needed to be dragged (and threatened) to go to school. If any of you have any gym tips you swear by, please share as I don't want to give up.

it gets MUCH easier. just give it a week and it will feel like routine. the time you spend there will go by much faster, and it will start to feel like personal time where you're doing something just for you.

Are you sure Jenn? It really feels like some kind of self-inflicted punishment. But I will remember your words of encouragement when I feel like quiting. :)

sarap yan ate v! 3x a week for at least 3 months... noel will never look at you the same way again... harrr.... =)

Try a variety of cardio machines so you won't get bored, like the stepper and the bike, even 10 minutes of each lang. I think it doesn't matter which one as long as you get your heart rate up, and you do a total of 30 mins cardio per session.
